Personal Trainer Certification

Becoming an NFPA Personal Trainer The NFPA Personal Trainer Certification will help you develop the skills to design and implement a clients specific exercise program, while learning the communication skills, leadership and motivation skills needed to be a successful personal trainer. Our Personal Trainer Certification is nationally recognized as a provider of extensive, up to date science that is easily translated into practical understanding, leading you to a successful career. Upon successful completion of the NFPA Personal Trainer Certification course and test you will possess the knowledge and ability to design a safe and effective fitness program for all fitness levels.

Eligibility requirements: 

  • Must be at least 18 years of age. 
  • Must obtain a CPR/AED card before results and CPT certificate can be issued. 
  • You may sit through the seminar and exam; but, you will not receive any testing results until you provide proof of current CPR/AED information.
  • CPR/AED certification must include live skills component. Renewals for CPR/AED can be online based.
